If your residential building or home is constructed before the year 1999, there is a high chance of finding asbestos hiding in different places. You might even find asbestos in surprising places, such as the loft, paint on the walls or behind the fireplace. Generally, asbestos is not a hazard when the asbestos-containing materials are in good condition and are left undamaged. But, we do not recommend that you live in a house that contains asbestos. If the asbestos-containing materials start to degrade, the fibres will become loose and they might get mixed with the atmosphere. This will not only put you at risk of asbestos exposure, but also the other occupants of the building, visitors and neighbours.
So, if you are worried that your home might have asbestos, give us a call without any hesitation. Our licensed asbestos surveyors will arrange a visit and collect samples from your site. Once the presence of asbestos is confirmed, our technicians will remove all the asbestos materials and give you a certificate assuring that your property is free of asbestos.

Huddersfield is a large market town in the Metropolitan Borough of Kirklees in West Yorkshire, England, which was a prominent mill town. To the town’s west are the Pennines, south is the River Holme’s discharge into the similar-sized Colne. The town’s historic county is the West Riding of Yorkshire.
The rivers around the town were tapped for steam turbines and textile treatment in the large weaving sheds which are associated with an economic boom in the early part of the Industrial Revolution. It has much neoclassical Victorian architecture centrally, among which its railway station which is in the rarest category of statutory recognition and protection (a Grade I listed building) – described by John Betjeman as “the most splendid station façade in England”, second only to St Pancras, London. Fronting St George’s Square, it was renovated for £4 million and accordingly won the Europa Nostra award for architecture.
